SEO involves making changes to a website's structure and content to make it more visible and appealing to search engine algorithms.

The goal of SEO is to improve the rankings of a website in search engine results pages (SERPs) for specific keywords or phrases. Higher rankings can result in increased visibility, traffic, and leads or sales for businesses.

SEO techniques can include on-page optimization, such as optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and content, as well as off-page optimization, such as building backlinks and improving social media presence. Additionally, technical SEO can involve optimizing website speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
